Packages

Specific certification packages may vary from one TSP to another depending on several factors, such as organization size, prior quality systems implementation and certification, etc. Generally, there are two basic scenarios:

Scenario 1, Self-Preparation
In this setting, the applicant receives the initial instruction and does the rest of preparations autonomously. Once ready and confident, the certification audit can be conducted.

2   Conduct initial training  
3   Provide the list of required documentation  
4 Implement ISO 17100    
5 Submit the required documentation Conduct documentation review  
6 Ensure gap closure Conduct certification audit  
7   Submit audit report Review audit report
8     Issue Certificate
9* Ensure gap closure Conduct follow-up audit  
10*   Report to Certification Body Confirm Certificate
11 Sign surveillance agreement Sign surveillance agreement  
12 Maintain quality system Conduct surveillance audits (bi-annual) Confirm Certificate
13 Ensure readiness for re-audit Conduct certification audit Issue New Certificate
*Steps 9 and 10 take place if there are observations during the certification audit that result in action items for the applicant.

Scenario 2, Preliminary Audit
In this setting, we conduct a preliminary audit and EN 15038 implementation gap analysis, so that the following steps taken by the applicant are more educated.
